Overall the core members of leadership are passionate, skilled and empathetic. The spaces by and large are inspired and the variety that each week brings from well intentioned events, new members and novel conversations is sometimes the main difference between a meh work week and one that has you inspired to grow and challenge yourself. 85% of my coworkers were a pleasure to be around.
Cons
Mid-level management, the amount of people who aren't held to the same standards, the disparity in the actual working locations and how that affects what's expected of you, the "fluff" that managers throw at you to entice more work at the same or negligible pay, and the overall lack importance on growth of leaders that directly corresponds to how you grow leaves much to be desired.
