      Leadership advancement is possible if you stay long enough

      Used to work here for quite a while. At the beginning the pay was good and got stable pay checks however they have a system where if the clients cancel after a few months they clawback some of the commission. And so my pay checks were being emptied faster than I could procure clients and it sucks.

      Pros

      Great career path for growth as it is all performance based. The faster you learn the faster you grow plain and simple. On top of that 1 on 1 training is provided every step of the way to ensure that success inevitable if fully committed.

      If basic communication is a challenge then advancement will take longer.
