      Pros

      good co-workers, good food, good perks

      Cons

      small town attitude, white liberal racism, not everyone is treated to the same standard, white people who kiss up to management get a blatant special treatment, management is very out of touch with the lower level employees, information is highly compartmentalized and communication is terrible. When someone tries to make it better they are punished for caring about their job. They hire people of color but only to be visible on the floor. Management is either compulsive liars or delusional; not sure which.

      Pros

      Met some really great people here, co-workers and customers. Was great to be in an environment that was focused on being happy and healthy.

      Cons

      There were some managerial/personality issues, but that’s a given at any company.

      A lot of change happens here (this could also be a pro) Systems for training need to be more established Not a lot of space Compared to Grocery Industry Standards Wages range in the lower half.
