Getting to work with co-workers that really do care about the community & helping others. Pay is good.

Really inappropriate behavior from senior leadership, many who do not have the qualifications needed to be in their roles. A lot of lying and illegal reporting happening around what is really taking place. Staff are not allowed to raise any concerns around this or it will get very hostile towards them.
