- Poor management skills - Cutting cost on the necessary things - Underpaid - Give lousy excuses as to why they cannot increase your pay but somehow have a reason to hire someone else with a higher pay but ranks lower than you (make it make sense) - Hire incompetent people - VERY questionable decisions in promoting people - Micromanaging - Understaffed - Efforts are barely recognised here. They honestly don't care about your wellbeing here - Cannot take leave when you want to when you are entitled to
