Pros

There are opportunities for growth within the company due to it's size. People seem happier at hospital sites than at Corporate

Cons

They're on a mission to make more money, not to extend any sort of healing ministry. Decisions get delayed by senior leadership who don't really listen to front-line staff. They struggle to practice the values they preach and the culture at the corporate office is abysmal - it felt like Office Space more often than not. I do not recommend that anyone work for this organization, especially at Corporate.
