It’s a job, good co workers when you have them.
Cons
Short staffed, most staff are now traveling nurses, cut hours for core employees so travelers can get their hours, cut incentive on Easter morning of all times at the start of Covid. Now make employees pick up extra shifts because they are short staffed (because many left when their pay was cut by $20 an hour). Appear not to care if current employees are happy. They appear to just want a body, any body will do.
