Pros

Amazing highly technical people (those that are left). Starting to enter new technical domains.

Cons

Over worked due to everything being an unplanned escalated emergency. Projects are typically kicked off behind schedule after months of being moved through an ever changing process that is as clear as mud. Leadership at the very top has little knowledge of what is actually going on in our largest projects. Little concern or care for actual employee burn out which is causing a massive exodus of top tallent. These positions are never actually replaced with new FTE's, but supplimented with contractors or moved to outsourced vendors.

The units do not work well together, a lot of animosity between unites.
