Pros

The company is fully remote. Most staff are very friendly. Benefits are good.

Cons

Extremely disorganized! There's a lack of direction. Lots of wasteful spending, but when it hits the fan, they lay people off. Also, no one seems to know anything. From HR to IT, if you have any issues, you are on your own to find out. The onboarding was a disaster and there is lack of transparency of what is really going on. There is also too much corporate politics, more than usual. There seems to be a constant battle for more control—definitely a type of place where Cons outweigh the pros by quite a lot.
