It was originally CHI and recently had transitioned to commonspirit so my review would be more geared at chi but commonspirit didn't change much. Good benefits. Good people
Cons
Vaccine mandate caused a lot of people to leave. They wanted to put a committed sticker on my badge because I wasn't vaccinated. No scarlet letter for me thanks.
