Very supportive, lots of freedom, management actually cares, great coworkers, I could go on and on.

Cons

The corporate overlords aren't great. And CHI sometimes doesn't stay in line with Catholic teaching

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
