Pros

There is a come and go as you please atmosphere.

Cons

A struggling company where a toxic atmosphere is created by the management’s desperation for business that isn’t growing. When I began working here there were around 30-40 employees. When I left there were maybe 20. More layoffs have happened since I left. The management constantly verbally reminded us that raises would not be happening for the foreseeable future. Employees are expected to fill multiple job roles as layoffs continue with no support or backup. I was repeatedly encourged and expected to go against federal regulations to improve profits for the company. I could not continue working in this environment and left at the first possible opportunity, less than a year after hire. Benefits were simply insulting.

Small, family owned business Will help out employees when personal issues arise Let me work from home part time Semi Flexible work schedule

When I first started here there was more issues between sales and operations but in the last 5 years the company has really transitioned around and seems to be in a much better place with a more employee minded focus
