The owner pretty much rules with a totalitarian fist. This is a second-chance employer, so some may not have too many job opportunities available. Unfortunately, this means that the work environment is stressful and the turnover is quite high. The owner has been known to erupt into outbursts on the collection floor. In addition, the business for some reason refused to provide enough software licenses for its collection system, so some people had to wait for others to log out before they could even work. The A/C is also broken in the building, so workers often have to endure temperatures over 80F during the summer months. The only small upside is an occasional dress down day.
