Fairly small hospital. It's good to go there and learn, if you're just starting.
Cons
Head nurses that are not really helpful. No Overtime payment. No weekend differentials. POOR management. Unhelpful coworkers. Unfair duty assignments. Seniors eating the youngs. Favoritism. Nepotism.
