1. The staffs were extremely helpful and encouraging 2. You are assigned into different tasks and projects that puts your skills into test, which is exciting and very rewarding at the end. 3. Your own spacious office desk :)
Cons
There may be some lull moments where you are not assigned any projects. Hence you have to be proactive and seek the staff for any tasks you can help them with, so your time and skills are fully utilised.
