The available resources are below expectations, and you will be expected to handle the workload of two to three people simultaneously. If the day exceeds 24 hours, you will be required to work additional hours without any overtime compensation. The company frequently assigns consultants to projects without adequate training, leading to overwhelming workloads throughout the day. Despite the supportive team, everyone is exhausted.
