      Pros

      Because it was an IT company so i want to work in it and it was also my first job so i have to do.

      Cons

      A lot of salaries issues due to contract basis jobs they are providing salaries after 3 to 4 months.

      Pros

      Chill place, easy tool to use, cool people except the managers, they were terrible.

      Cons

      Pay late, never on time, changed contract, no benefits, no respect towards employees, they were FALCONSMART did terrible projects and changed their name to CommTel Systems, still same people with different name. They never deliver ontime. Dont take employees under consideration on anything. Make many promises and dont deliver. sugar coat things.
