Many supportive coworkers (of equal level employment). Get to work with a diversity of clients.
Cons
Administration does not care about employees. There are policies that contradict other policies and no clarification is received on them. Upper level management is very discriminatory toward lower level employees. Pay level is low with not much room for advancement.
