Poor supervision and management, incompetent staff, clients and staff members safety continuously at risk due to lack of supervisor competence and inconsistent admission procedures, rules and policies are inconsistent, unfair in reprimanding employees insubordination, patient rights and care are not important specifically by management, poor training in expectations, no employee or policy handbook was received, allows employees to be bullied and does not address it after it is witnessed by supervisor or reported to upper management. Overall, a disgrace to the mental health community.
