Pros

Communicare is a great place to work. I have the opportunity to help others daily. Communicare is flexible and understanding. We have great benefits and paid time off as well as paid holidays. Communicare is my second home and my second family. No job or place of employment is perfect, but this is the place I would rather be!

Cons

The pay isn't the best but it is a non-profit agency, and if you are in this line of work...it likely isn't for the money anyway! They make up for the lack of pay in other ways in my opinion, and I will say the pay has gotten better over the years!
