Pros

Great people to work with

Cons

Where to start...upper management is a joke. If you don't agree with them then you are considered being negative and they will let you go immediately. Upper management does not know what they are doing at all other than trying to find ways to make themselves money. They say you can make 60,000 but that is a lie, you are lucky if you bring home $900 A MONTH. The only thing you get paid for is if you sell any kind of wired product. It is not an hourly job like they say. They will even tell you that in the interview process. The people are very much like wolves in sheep's clothing. They will promise you positions to move up just to keep you from quitting, but you will never actually move up. They may change your title, but beware that you will not receive any kind of compensation for it regardless of what they tell you. Loyalty is something upper management doesn't seem to understand. They claim they have integrity when in all actuality they are far from having any kind of integrity. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVEN APPLY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Pros

If you are motivated to sell and you are at a good location, you can make good money. While employed, my store won a competition and the CEO took us out to dinner, so you can get some nice perks like that.

Cons

I was a former employee, and recently was rehired. After my interview, which I had to wait for half an hour because the manager was not scheduled to work that day, I received a start date. I moved 60 miles under the impression I had a job. I was then ghosted by the company, and when I finally got into contact with them, they told me they had no positions available. This was untrue, as they had several listings on Indeed and hiring signs in the windows of their locations. This company does not have a functional HR department, and it is apparent they do not communicate within their head office nor with their employees.
