Pros

It’s a small company and it’s like a family but there in lies the con:

Cons

It’s small like a family so there’s a lot of favoritism with the higher ups passing manager level. A lot of gossip form the higher ups about their employees. They also don’t focus on the representatives who have been there a long time. They train new employees, give them $1000 and they leave but the ones who stay aren’t recognized and they lower thee Christmas bonus.

Pros

If you are motivated to sell and you are at a good location, you can make good money. While employed, my store won a competition and the CEO took us out to dinner, so you can get some nice perks like that.

Cons

I was a former employee, and recently was rehired. After my interview, which I had to wait for half an hour because the manager was not scheduled to work that day, I received a start date. I moved 60 miles under the impression I had a job. I was then ghosted by the company, and when I finally got into contact with them, they told me they had no positions available. This was untrue, as they had several listings on Indeed and hiring signs in the windows of their locations. This company does not have a functional HR department, and it is apparent they do not communicate within their head office nor with their employees.
