Good work environment and engaging work

Every now and then projects moved slowly

The people are friendly and the company really tries to foster a family atmosphere. There is a decent balance of professionalism and casual discourse. In the beginning of my employment management was very disjointed but by the time of my departure there was certainly a more concerted effort.

Executive management is a bit out of touch with what is going on at their company - they implement policies that hurt the course of business with little regard to those who are responsible for maintaining them. In addition to the above - there is some tension and noise between the different office locations (different software per location, etc.)
