Thank you for your feedback. It looks like you were only at the company for a short time. As you know the local employees and management run the office and are given a lot of freedom/responsibility. If any employee needs anything to do their job better, I am sure you would agree it is always approved. PTO is based on years of employment, with the 2 weeks PTO you mentioned being <1 year employment up to 5 weeks PTO for additional years of employment. If you expressed concern about any of your other above issues to leadership and nothing was addressed or clarified, then I apologize for that.
