Constant long travels - you’re always tired Frequent hotel stays (At times back to back) Training on the weekend Travelling on weekends Late evening meetings Toxic work culture Workload - at times completely unrealistic Maintaining a work like balance is very challenging Senior management Not compensated enough for working unsociable hours Clients legal team can treat you badly (not always but definitely happens)
