Pros
You'll work alongside some incredibly dedicated and talented like-minded individuals who believe in the change they are looking to create. There are good employee benefits, such as salary packaging. The Marketing Team are incredibly supportive of one another.
Cons
There are some issues at the executive level that can make things difficult at times, and some improvement that could be made. The remuneration for some areas of the organisation could be improved - but I believe there is a desire to do so.
