      Pros

      The children, families, and co workers at the lower level keep it all worth it. Everything else, rrd tape. And bureaucracy, make the days hard.

      Cons

      The paperwork load and the upper management make it hard to go to work each day. Constantly feel as though alcohol is thrown into a chaotic fire.
