      Very hands on, You do pretty much everything for the doctor but surgery and other regulated actions. You will learn a lot!

      Toxic environment. Your concerns are made invalid by management. You are very overworked.

      Great head veterinarian. All around positive work environment

      Cons

      One person who works front desk is only working there for a paycheck and talks down to customers. She lacks professionalism.
