Pros
Comparing to other companies I have worked for this company provides up to date equipment, your schedule is handled for you, and the clients are available. You can pick up anything you have availability to add a client. I started after graduating with my BA it was a very smooth transition and I learned a lot about the field of ABA from my superiors!! Kudos to them! Training was flawless, I learned more than enough information from training on how to execute my role as an RBT, and passing my exam on the first try! I had more than average support and if I needed help it was available for me, I grew to be a very strong RBT and now I am enrolled for graduate school for the BCBA position. I loved working for Star, felt like working with family. I would definitely apply here again if I can get back to California 😁
Cons
When I started I had to get the lowest pay which was really hard for me to maintain I had to find another job to accommodate my finances. $16/hr in Santa Clarita is not enough to keep the bills paid on your own.
