Pros

Working in schools, amazing at accommodating my requested hours, very responsive in terms of changing clients when uncomfortable.

Cons

Earn VERY little time off as full time staff, no time off as part time. It makes it difficult to schedule appointments or vacations. If working in schools, no guaranteed hours on school breaks (and minimal PTO so like, no check.)

Pros

Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

Cons

Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
