Pros

-flexible work schedule -easy to get in contact with direct supervisor

Cons

-though it was easy to get in contact with your direct supervisor, more times than not, they didn't get back to you in any sort of hurried fashion. -with the point above, there wasn't much support for the staff when working with new and/or difficult clients.

Pros

Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

Cons

Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
