Politics of state assessments. State Ed keeps changing the evaluation tools and there is a lot garbage that we have to do because the state is not clear in its expectations.

Compensation is not competitive, lack of communication, lack of teacher support, more concerned with arts integration than helping our kids with raising test scores.
