The organization is completely racist. No Black people in positions of leadership. The company is completely unorganized and dealing with organizational/workflow problems that should have been worked out years ago. You can make good money if you're white and can put up bs for several years. I was promised free supervision upon my hiring and did not receive any until I had been there for several months.
