Pros
I can't think of one pro while working there
Cons
Insurance: You sign up when hired and are promised insurance 60 days after hire, however the only way they will put you on insurance is if you attend a meeting during the week of Easter, which was well after my 60 days and I should have been signed up automatically. Pay: It is no competitive with the market Co-workers: I worked in an alternative school for the company. The supervisor had no clue what she was doing and would choose to blame the employees for things that she should have done or told the teachers to do. The behavior staff curses at the students and puts them down and say "They are from the city that is the only way they listen". It is just an all around joke. HR loses paper work, pay roll forgets to mail out W-2s, you have to call the office multiple times and leave multiple messages just to get someone to pick up or return a call. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.
