Pros
People are nice, central London office is cool. A growing company that might go far. Pay was ok, a bit below average.
Cons
It seems CFL is trying to get ready for a sale in the next few years and is floundering a bit as it desperately tries to turn a profit. This means it swings between trying new things out and then reducing costs wherever it can. It feels like strategic decisions around redundancies are made pretty swiftly, brutally and without too much forward planning. They are also not investing in their people; there is very little training, pay-rises unless you are in sales or company culture. I would avoid this company until the current shareholders have left. Even if they value your work; at best you will get a limited pay rise, at worst you will be made redundant. Good luck to anyone that works there.
