      Hitting your sales goals and volunteering for work events outside of work is pointless. They claimed that it was the way to promote yourself to the company but it does nothing for you.

      Pros

      Bill Lawton, president and CEO, is great! Very approachable and kind.

      Cons

      Brand policing! They take the idea of branding to an insane level, nitpicking at even the smallest "violations". It made the work environment very uncomfortable. They even have secret audit days where a team goes around looking for things they can cite you for. It would have been nice if the same commitment was used to applaud the work we did on a regular basis. Lots of turnover with tellers.
