Really positive work environment; coworkers all got along great in a small office; my supervisor was *EXCELLENT* at challenging me and encouraging me to grow. The company is doing good work and it felt good to be a part of it.
Cons
Senior management had trouble translating ideas and lofty goals into concrete plans of action for the team. Often felt like there was a lot of talk and not a lot of action.
NOTE: I left shortly before a major restructuring and it is possible that this issue is less important now.
