Absolutely love the work culture and my co workers. In my first month people were unprompted talking about how the CGC was the best place they've ever worked. The health insurance is amazing and the work hours flexibility is a big plus, as well as there is room for upward mobility through them helping with continuing education, they truly care about their consumers.

There is talk about low morale but 99% of it seems to stem from the CEO.
