Pros
This is a great place to work. The co-workers are the best and really help out when needed. We have gotten a couple of raises this year and some positions also receive incentives . The most flexible job and employer I've ever had. I feel valued, heard, and appreciated by the CEO who has an open door policy.
Cons
This is a hard field to work in and not for someone who doesn't want to work. You have to learn how to balance your work/life because sometimes they overlap.
