This job gets you experience in health care with minimal experience but minimal pay. If you have decades of experience, you can get a decent paycheck due to the predetermined union pay scale.

Hundreds of patients for a handful of doctors. Creates a stressful and unproductive work environment by trying to schedule patients with urgent needs months out due to appointment availability. Providers constantly call out and the responsibility is given to the PSR’s (front desk) to find out where to reschedule patients with no openings.
