I did like the mission of the company and diversity of the staffs. Company is flexible with school.
Cons
HR cheated my pay rate. I took on new role/position and was promised an increase in pay rate; took her over two months to adjust my pay. She also cheated me on my 401b and later gave me a check without a real explanation what the check was for, her exact words were "this is for something that was supposed to be given to you, but never happen" then she asked for my signature and handed me the check. I spoke with the accountant because I wanted a better understanding about the purpose of the check and learned that she was ripping me off. My only regrets is that I did not report her to the Department of Labor. Also, never in my life have I worked with a HR who was so bias, take sides of employees she likes and never fully investigate situation. Pay rate is so low and no room for growth.
