A paycheck, decent facilities, some of the coworkers that are team players.
Cons
Management should be all wiped out and replaced. They are running the company to ruins. Every one is unhappy and the only reason they show up to work is because of a paycheck. Scary thought being that it is a health care clinic. The employees are stressed out and unhappy with the way things are ran. The other reviewer got it right, fear is placed by management on the employees that really matters, the ones that take care of the patients day in and day out. They can't keep good staff or doctors. Only the management favorites and ones that can't do better for themselves stay. Pittyfull place. Too bad for the patients, because the quality of care really lacks here and it all trickles down from management.
