Patient Access Management - Patient Access Specialist Community Health Network (Indiana) Employee Review

This company truly needs to reevaluate their management process. We constantly have new and changing management in the Patient Access (Registration) Dept and the current manager is making completely new changes that are not benefiting the company nor the employees or the patients for that matter and it is drastically decreasing morale in the dept. as well as forcing many employees to search for employment elsewhere. Including those that have been with the company for years. There have been at least 5-6 management/leadership changes just in the 5 years that I have been with the company.
