Pros
My schedule as it is only 3 days/wk and I make my own schedule, have yet to take a single day of vacation in 2 years and take a week off every single month.
Cons
Pay (was denied compensation for previous degree and work experience when I was promised it when I started,) conservative values (towards LGBT and minorities), medical benefits, non supportive management (as I was hurt at work and didn't get much support from management at all. I missed over four months of work and had surgery.)
