Pros
Benefits-full medical insurance office but very very expensive (ironic for a hospital/medical office), small raises every year depending on performance, mostly friendly coworkers
Cons
Absolutely the most stressful job I ever had because there was WAY too much of a workload for one person. The amount of work required daily was equivalent to a workload for at least 3 people. Managers would sit down and talk if you ever needed anything, BUT complaints/issues rarely ever resolved. This particular office was stuck in their old way of doing things, and would not take suggestions for changes to improve processes. Job started out great for the first year or two, but when the office grew it started to have a huge turnover rate due to some of the cons above. VERY stressful work environment (again, because of the workload)
