      Pros

      Dedicated staff. Wonderful patients. Great volunteer opportunities. Company has invested in new EMR and lots of computer equipment, which allows for better reporting.

      Cons

      Non-clinical staff is underpaid. A lot of politics revolving around the doctors. Lack of control over staff by some managers. Lack of honesty and consistency on the part of management.
