Annual evals with raises. Market review for pay adjustment every 1-2 years. Excellent PTO accrual the longer you work. 401k match to 6%. Upper management in my field has competent leaders. Training is adequate. Communication from CEO is good.
Cons
Insurance coverage for medications needs improvement. Short staffed in some of the hospital areas.
