      I enjoy the work and our mission Room for promotion and salary increases Great schedule Flexibility Room for growth after 1 year

      Cons

      Benefits Work environment can get toxic if you’re not careful to enforce your boundaries. Protect yourself by keeping everything in writing. The only thing I don’t like about the culture is that he/she said can get out of hand if you’re not careful.

      I have found that everyone here really takes pride in their work. The PNO team is great at supporting one another. Mgmt really seems to listen and care. Flexibility, pay, benefits and culture really shines here!!

      The people I work with in the IT department are some of the kindest and most accomodating people I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Company has been on shaky ground for a while. RIFs have been frequent recently.
