Poorly managed organization lead by a vengeful CEO who will actively work against you gaining other employment opportunities. Misery loves company work culture where employees are treated as commodities rather than assets. Organization lacks diversity at the management level. High rate of turnover leads to a lack of consistency for patient population. EMR is difficult to navigate and there is very little assistance in learning as it seems no one actually knows how to effectively use it. Culture of blame pointing fingers rather than creating solutions. Rate increases are rare most years do not even provide a cost of living increase. Overly expensive benefits package.
