Pros
The people you work with are great for the most part. Management is trying to fix what is broken but they seem to be somewhat lost as how to do it.
Cons
Those in charge of changing things aren't doing their job. Changes that need to be made are being ignored. Lots of closed doors and whispered conversations by upper management.
